1. Courier Service: We ship via Pudo from Courier guy for reliable and efficient delivery.
2. Processing time: All products are custom made and may take a few days to process your order.
3. Shipping Rates: Shipping cost vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Delivery times: Estimated delivery times depend on your location. Typically, deliveries take 2-5 business days.
5. Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. It's the customers responsibility to follow up with the courier service as we at Babenique do not have any control over the courier company. We use them as a third party. Arranging your own courier is also welcome.
6. Damages: If your order is damaged during Shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
